When you send a booking request, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, preferred date and party size. This information is used only to relay your request to the selected restaurant and to confirm your booking.
Your booking details are shared with the specific restaurant you are booking. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Both tools respect Do Not Track browser settings and anonymise IP addresses.
We use essential cookies to operate the site and analytics cookies (GA4, Clarity). You can disable cookies in your browser.
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@gstaadrestaurant.ch.

Legal basis (art. 31 para. 1 nFADP): legitimate interest for connecting you with our partner professional and for anonymized audience measurement. Data is processed without prior explicit consent in accordance with the nFADP/nLPD applicable since 1 September 2023.

Data recipients: Mailgun (USA), Vercel (USA), Google Analytics (USA), Microsoft Clarity (USA), Meta WhatsApp (USA / Ireland), mandated partner professional. Transfers to the United States are secured by standard contractual clauses (art. 16 nFADP).
