The Saanenland Easter weekend sits on the hinge between ski season and summer. Hotels run full Easter Sunday brunches — Gstaad Palace, The Alpina Gstaad and Le Grand Bellevue all publish dedicated Easter brunch menus with sparkling wine, cold buffet, hot Swiss roasts, pastries and children's activities. For a more local tradition look to Posthotel Rössli (generational Swiss lunch) and Restaurant Arc-en-Ciel in Gstaad (family-friendly chalet menu). Exact 2027 dates are not yet published by all hotels; we contact them each January to lock in the Easter Sunday brunch slots.
