About this event
New Year's Eve in Gstaad is one of the highest-demand dining nights in Europe. The Gstaad Palace hosts its legendary themed gala dinner every 31 December with aperitif at the Lobby Bar and GreenGo from around 7:30 pm and a multi-course gala starting around 9:30 pm. The Alpina Gstaad runs its own New Year's Eve festivities across the property. Chesery, LEONARD's, La Bagatelle and Posthotel Rössli all publish special single-seating tasting menus. Most tables are sold out by early November. Our team still reaches them on the phone directly and can find last-minute availability when cancellations open up.
