Great ambiance, aesthetically pleasing & good selection of food! Staff are friendly & helpful but the service is a bit slow and it is a bit expensive - both not unusual for Switzerland. It gets very busy so you need to make a reservation. Overall a good experience & would recommend for lunch.

Unfortunately, there is no zero. First time in Switzerland having such a bad service, such a disappointing snack and that kind of treatment.. We would never come back.
